Why was my credit card declined TN-Q17

Occasionally you may see this message when you try to purchase from our online store:

This transaction has been declined. Please try a different card or contact the credit card provider for assistance

This happens when your bank declines the transaction, because they want the cardholder to confirm the transaction was genuine. To resolve this you need to call the customer services phone number on the back of the card and confirm the transaction was genuine.
