Authorization has failed for this transaction TN-O10

When purchasing from our online store you may see this message:

Authorization has failed for this transaction. Please try again or contact your bank for assistance

This happens when the card issuer rejects the transaction because they think someone other than the cardholder might have made the purchase. To complete the transaction call the card issuer using the number on the back of
the card to approve the transaction, wait 30 minutes, then repeat the transaction.
