Support and Maintenance

OnDemand recurring subscriptions include support and maintenance.

Every desktop license includes 30 days support and maintenance. Optional desktop support and maintenance contracts extends this support to 1 or 2 years with the following benefits:

* Note: we only provide support for use as a standalone product; don’t provide consultancy; and don’t provide support for integration with other systems. Phone support is only available to customers with maintenance contracts.
