Support and Maintenance
OnDemand recurring subscriptions include support and maintenance.
Every desktop license includes 30 days support and maintenance. Optional desktop support and maintenance contracts extends this support to 1 or 2 years with the following benefits:
- Priority Business Support - via e-mail and phone for support contract customers*
- Unlimited Upgrades - we provide regular updates to our software, and you can upgrade at any time during your contract
- Software Updates and Patches - we provide fixes and patches for critical issues during the contract period*
- Renew Support Contract - renew a support contract due to expire
* Note: we only provide support for use as a standalone product; don’t provide consultancy; and don’t provide support for integration with other systems. Phone support is only available to customers with maintenance contracts.
