Description

Start tag body seen but an element of the same type was already open.

Help

Stray text inside head and elements forbidden in head implicitly start the body element. This allows head and body tags to be omitted, but causes an error if the page has an explicit body tag, The only elements allowed in head are base link meta noscript script style template and title.
