IE 8 cannot download non-cachable HTTPS Browser Compatibility Check

Description

Internet Explorer 8 and earlier cannot download files over HTTPS if the HTTP headers disallow caching.

Help

This only affects files that display outside Internet Explorer: PDFs, Office documents, etc.
