Exporting maps PowerMapper Desktop Manual

PowerMapper Professional can export reports in the following formats:

  • HTML - upload and share pages with clients and co-workers.
  • Image - use SVG site map images in other applications.
  • Google Sitemap - helps Google and other search engines find your web pages.
  • Excel CSV - simple site report you can use in Excel and OpenOffice.
  • Excel Link Report - lists links to and from each page on the site.
  • Excel Meta Data - lists title, MIME type and meta tags for each page on the site.
  • Excel Page Titles - exports full and short titles, which can be batch edited then imported back to the map.
  • Excel Site Report - more detailed site report you can use in Excel and OpenOffice.
  • Excel Site Tree - indented site tree for display in Excel and OpenOffice.

To export a site:

  1. Click the Export button on the sidebar, or choose the Export command from the File menu.
  2. An Export window will appear prompting for a file name and an export format.

Note that PowerMapper Standard doesn’t provide an export facility.
