Renew maintenance for desktop products
Note: If you renew support before your current support agreement expires, then the support renewal will be forward dated to start from the expiry date of your current support contract. If you renew after support has expired, then support will be back dated to start from the expiry date of your previous support contract.
Support renewals must match the original purchase:
- Product edition - Standard or Professional
- License type - Fixed (includes single user licenses) or Floating (multiple concurrent users)
For example, if you originally purchased a SortSite Professional Floating license you should purchase a SortSite Professional - Floating License renewal.
