Online support options are freely available to all customers:

Support and Maintenance

Every purchase includes 30 days support and maintenance. Optional support and maintenance contracts extends this support to 1 or 2 years with the following benefits:

  • Priority Business Support - via e-mail and phone for support contract customers
  • Unlimited Upgrades - we provide regular updates to our software, and you can upgrade at any time during your contract
  • Software Updates and Patches - we provide fixes and patches for critical issues during the contract period
