The CGI created pages won't be mapped if PowerMapper/SortSite cannot access them, which happens if web crawlers have been excluded using the Robot Exclusion Standard. You can override this behavior by using the Blocks tab in the Mapping Options window and unchecking the Robots Exclusion Standard tick box.
